How to stop your dog from jumping on people
When I lived in San Francisco I volunteered at the SPCA and most of the dogs in there had never been taught any manners.
Their original owners had given up on them as a result (even though it wasn’t the dog’s fault) and it was left to us to train these dogs to a point where someone else may want to give them a forever home.
If no one did, it was, unfortunately all over rover.
Walking into a small room with a big bouncy dog wasn’t easy, fitting them with a nose loop or harness was almost impossible and taking them for a walk wasn’t a piece of cake either, but it was so important and I really loved it (which is why I quit my HR job to attend their Academy For Dog Trainers!).

You can teach an old dog new tricks but it’s much easier to teach your puppy how to behave from day one.
